Returns
At Odaycare24 we are committed to your satisfaction with your order and aim for you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us. If you have any questions regarding any item we sell, please email us at hello@odaycare24.com before placing your order.
Odaycare24 accepts returns on most of our merchandise*. however, not sale items. In the case of a return, the merchandise must be received in perfect condition, undamaged, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
In case of a return, kindly return the items in their original packing, including tags and gift boxes. Please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with the purchase. The merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery of your order as indicated by shipment tracking records. After 7 days all sale are final. We do not charge a restocking fee, however, you will be responsible for the shipping charges back to Odaycare24.
When you return the merchandise as described above we will issue a Odaycare24 credit, ODAYCARE24 credits are valid for one year after the issuing date. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you may request a full refund or exchange the damaged merchandise for the same product if its in stock and available.
Refunds are only available at the sole and absolute discretion of ODAYCARE24 Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect when contacting us about the return. We always require the damaged item to be returned, and will require photographic proof of the damages with a scanned copy of the packing slip or invoice within 2 days of delivery of the item.
Kindly email the photographic proof of the damaged merchandise to hello@odaycare24.com . Please note items damaged after 1 use may be returned for VENUS THE LABEL credit in the amount of the purchase price. We do only issue store credit back, there are no refunds issued in the form of cash. As long as the damage does not arise from your abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product.
* EXCEPTIONS: All sale items are not returnable.
How to return an item
Send an email explaining that you wish to return the item to hello@odaycare24.com Kindly wait for our reply with the shipping address for you to return the item. Wrap your item carefully, to avoid shifting and enclose the original packing slip with your return. All original tags (unaltered) and gift bags must also be included with your return.
We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. You will receive an email notification from ODAYCARE24 when we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
